"Rooms and property are really dirty, getting really beat down "

"We booked online. There was no pet fee charged online. I know that I've paid a pet fee at La Quinta in the past. We cleared that up and paid. We entered the room and the fridge was sitting on the carpet, between the dresser and the desk. With the trash can sitting on top of it. The door rubbed on the carpet when putting food in the fridge. That night while we were in bed, another guest entered our room. I called out 'What are you doing?" and a woman's voice answered back 'Sorry'. And my dog jumped up and headed for the door. I recalled my dog and the woman closed the hotel room door. I got up and tried to use the room phone to call front desk. The phone was dead. I used my cell phone and called the front desk to report someone had come into my room. Apparently they had no record we were in that room. They said nothing about the fact that by giving another guest a key card to the room, that our own door key cards would no longer work. We found that out when taking the dogs out for a walk in the morning. When I went to the fridge to get my drink to take my meds, everything in the fridge was warm. My food had spoiled. Hubby checked the fridge was already set to coldest setting and was plugged in, but it wasn't cooling. When I reported this to the front desk, a man who I think is the Manager accused me of pulling the fridge out of the cubby and dragging it on the floor - breaking the fridge. Don't book at La Quinta in Minot, ND."

"Was advised check in was at 3pm. Arrived with our 1&3 year olds at 3:15. Told our room wasn’t cleaned yet & the cleaners were on lunch until likely 4. Room had no shampoo or conditioner Room had no linens for pull out bed. Other than that, stay was enjoyable due to company time was spent with. Enjoy the pool area and the basement where you can enjoy time with friends without impacting others stay later at night. "

"Rooms were missing furniture and missing tv remote , garbage can, ice bucket and towels. The spell of POT was always in the hallways."

"This is a hotel to stay away from! My husband and I had this hotel booked for months. When we arrived, the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. We called the customer service phone number and found out the hotel is currently closed. We had to scramble to find another hotel. "
