"The room was ok. Our floor needed cleaning and our bathroom smelled like urine. The bedding & towels need to updated. The handicapped rooms should be closer to a door or elevator so a person with mobility issues doesn’t have to walk so far to a room. The beds were comfortable. And the front desk people were nice."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, that was the positive part. The negatives were the facility is in disrepair, the restaurant was closed permanently, but it is still listed on their website that it is open. The pool was closed permanently. They took the ice machines off of the floors of rooms and have only one on the main floor. The pigeons on are faux balcony outside our window were filthy and loud. The guy at the front desk was out of it, he wrote down our room number when we checked in. We couldn’t figure out what he’d written and had to go back to the front desk. Later on we saw him sleeping on the counter."

"This hotel was awful. We booked a king and when we checked it were given a room with 2 doubles. That room was disgusting. The sink was dirty, the room was musty. It was super gross. Then we were given a room with a king and the whole room was covered in drywall dust. The bathtub was a mess. But by that time it was so late that we sucked it up as we were so tired. That said, the pillows were horrible. It was like sleeping without pillows at all. Then when we went down in the morning for the “continental breakfast” all they had was Cheerios with no milk and a few slices of white bread. No coffee, no eggs no nothing. And this was at about 8:30 am. We were booked for two nights but only stayed for one because we had to get the hell outta there. Will never stay there again. Barf."

"The staff were friendly and courteous, however they were extremely short staffed, no housekeeping service until every third day.. there was mold growing in the corner of the tub, mystery stains(blood??) on the electrical outlets and the bedspread. Hot tub and pool not in use. You can see they are trying, there have been some renovations, however there needs to be more attention to detail and definitely more staff…"

"We stayed there for 5 days and never did they come to clean our room or supply clean towels!!! I went to the front desk to get coffee for our machine in the room, they said they were out of coffee?! What? We had a huge pile of trash with NO trash bags! We felt neglected big time!!! We will never stay there again."
