"The people who work here are welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable and fun. And kind. The hotel is clean. It’s pet-friendly, which is great for me and my cat, Josie. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The fitness center is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is next to Herald Square, so there’s good stuff to see and eat close by, and there’s a subway to get to other good stuff to see and eat in other parts of the city, if you don’t feel like walking. I always keep my eyes and ears open when I’m in New York, but this feels like a safe neighborhood. There is a little noise from the street, but my room was pretty quiet, and I slept without interruption. "

"Need more staff on reception during busy times as there was always big queues blocking exits and entrances. The rooms were very nice with cleaning staff very polite and helpful."
