Fairmont Palliser

10/10 Excellent
"The Fairmont is grand and the main bar and reception area magnificent. We arrived early and had to wait a while before our room was ready. No problem…a drink at the bar and lunch a perfect interval. When the room was ready we alas found the shower broken and the hot tub out of action in the spa. At this point it wasn’t looking good. We spoke to reception and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were moved to a better room, had some bar credit added and a personal apology from the manager. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you deal with them that counts. What we took away was a great time in a lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Would we return….100%…"
