「Even though it was only an overnight stay, the service was great. They were kind enough to accommodate a late arrival, late check out that was perfect for our flight. Even getting a last minute spa appointment was available. The double room size was fantastic. Only suggestion for a double room, would have 2 coffee cups and more coffee available, but just a personal preference. Highly recommend. 」

「The breakfast is terrible; not enough food to serve. They only fill up few pieces of ham, bread when it is empty. It is my first time ever to have such a bad breakfast in the hotel. Do not recommend to get the breakfast here, not worth it. The room is ok, not great. I don't think I will stay in this hotel anymore.」

「We’ve stayed at hotel arts a few times and it’s always amazing. Rooms are great and it’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. However, the pool staff were chaotic. We were 15 minutes early to our reservation so we just waited by the pool. Keep in mind there were lots of empty tables because it was 11:15. We waited until 11:40 and saw others being seated so we inquired again about our table, they said someone will come get us. We waited 15 more minutes and asked again and they said...

「Staff was absolutely amazing, the girls at the front counter were so kind and sweet! Rooms were clean, the kids enjoyed the waterslide and pool. Quiet place n great overall! Highly recommend.」
