「Onze hotelkamer was zeer schoon, elke dag werden de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken zo nodig vervangen. Zelfs het beddengoed werd na een paar dagen vervangen. Het personeel was in elk opzicht zeer vriendelijk en van het zwembad en de spa hebben we zeer genoten. .」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Lovely hotel rooms very big and quiet massive bed. Staff very helpful. Lovely large roof top pool overlooking bay the only negative is the sun loungers get fully taken in the mornings but usually able to get one in the afternoons, it was noted that some beds have towels placed on them but you dont see anyone using them. Pool towels are supplied when you go to the pool. You cant take your own drinks to pool as theres a bar and you're expected to buy from them. The only negative is it's new...

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.」
