「The staff was outstanding, the food was great, and the workout facilities were top notch. There were many lovely pool options. However, the beach was a disappointment - clean and well maintained but the were rocks in the water and the beach was cramped with an insufficient supply of umbrellas」

「Staff in restaurant were a bit stuck-up and were not very friendly. The rest of the staff was pretty friendly in the hotel. The people in the bar also need to improve on their social skills and treat guess nicer. Many times you would go to the bar and they wouldn't even greet you. They would just say "what do you want drink", no smile or greeting or I'll be right with you or anything like that. Needs a lot of improvement in this area.」

「The rooms were great, staff was amazing. Restocked plenty of towels and beverages. Marcos (activity / entertainment staff) & Bienvenidos (buffet) took great care of us. The food was surprisingly good. Only feedback, wish there was better music at the pool. This is a pretty conservative resort and it shows. But the staff is what makes this place fun, 」
