"Since we paid for this hotel the same that we paid for a nice new hotel in Central Tokyo, I was expecting at least the basic service. The staff didn't speak any English with the exception of a lady who was called on the phone to give us basic information, but she said she was taking the day off. ..."

    "We enjoyed our stay at the Square Hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with lovely views of the harbor. The breakfast buffet was ample (not great...but good). The price for what we received was great. The only downside was that as the desk staff were not very fluent in English. But, we were able to communicate enough nonetheless."
