「Everything was pretty nice except the pull out couch and the noise. Pull out couch was laughable. You sleep sideways, on a VERY THIN MATTRESS that has a bar running through the center. We woke up more than once to sirens and then loud garbage trucks behind the building. 」

「Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.」
