I was here for one night for work. This wasn’t a leisure trip so I wasn’t that disappointed. If this was a vacation I wouldn’t book this place. It’s nice enough for a work trip but definitely lacking the amenities and nice feel of a vacation spot. Nothing is walkable from here but parking was plentiful and convenient. Staff was nice and pool was nice. Might stay here again next time if have to be in Birmingham, Alabama.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would mention is the preparation for the busy weekend wasnt taken in consideration. The hotel wasnt ready for the crowd. Long wait times to check in. The staff was professional though which is a plus.

We were greeted enthusiastically by Jasmine and Patrice at check in . They were both so sweet and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located across from the surgical center where I was having an elective surgery. After the surgery was complete I was able to rest comfortably and quietly until I felt good enough to head home.
