「Very clean, comfortable room, very comfortable bed incredible breakfast biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and pancakes The only thing that I would caution anyone about staying there is if you want to get in on an early check-in on the weekends forget about it. They’re very busy.」

「When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

The room and bed was small, did not provide enough space for our luggage (only 3 suitcases) and the kitchenette was not equipped with any cookware, coffee maker, nor dishes. The location also was way out of Ashland and inconvenient for visiting folks in the town of Ashland. This place was not what we expected from the description on Expedia.」

「The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.」

Property was close to restaurants and shopping. Went to multiple yard sales while visiting this area and people were friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if in area. Only con was no business center available.」
