「My room was not serviced during my stay(beds or bathroom)The rest of the hotel very nice. Free breakfast and happy hour was great.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「It is a very busy place....displaced famlies ?, recovering patients?, out of town work crews, trucks, boats, etc fill the parking lot. No smoking within 25 feet of the building but a huge ashtray ( and a crowd) next to the rear exit door. Attractively designed, but understaffed. Hallways had multiple pet spots/stains. Late nights and early mornings the hallways and elevator can be quite dirty. Over priced for the existing condition of the property.」

「When I arrived, my original room was dirty. The front desk staff upgraded me to a different room. The room was decent for a one-night stay. Some of the amenities were not able to be used (pool was closed). It was also very noisy by the ice machine area (not because people were using it).」
