「The room was great and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff helped me manage my reservation when I needed to add an extra day, and it all went smoothly. Also, I wanted to address the fact that I somehow left a 3/5 review on my last stay. That rating was not indicative of my experience in November, but I could not figure out how to get the review corrected.」

「From the time we walked through the front doors, the hotel and staff were warm and inviting. Claudia was so delightful and took good care of our family taking special care that we had everything we needed for our special needs son. And the room … it was wonderful. Everything was extremely clean and set up to meet all our needs.
