「The young man I think his name was Charles was incredible. He brought us a blanket and sheet when we needed them, gave us great directions, our daughter wasn’t feeling well and he found much needed bread in the kitchen. We were so focused on our daughter we even neglected to tip him. He was very kind and patient any way. The definition of extreme customer service! Thank you」

「I was in Room 223. The curtains had holes in them and the Telephone didn't work. The second floor hallway smelled bad as I exited the elevator. Smelled like the carpet had not been shampooed in forever. And lastly, the vending machine was empty the entire weekend.」

Nous sommes arrivés en fin d’après midi après avoir dû envoyer des mails sur la plateforme de réservation car personne a l’entrée , pas de message avec des consignes pour l’arrivée . Quelqu’un est venu nous chercher, les clés étaient posées à la réception avec les consignes. Nous avons découvert notre chambre pour 4 dans une rue western...
