"The entire staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! Of course the rooftop bar was fun and the view of downtown was great! Will definitely stay here again when I come back into town"

"Room on 5th floor. Street noise was terrible. Room outdated but clean. Appreciated free coffee in lobby in the morning. Used the gym twice and had what I needed. Location definitely the selling point. "

"Juan at front desk had me wait although there was no one in line before me. I told him I had checked in online and only needed the digital key pass. He then gave me water park passes (when it was around 30 degrees outdoors), actual keys to room and a map which took an additional 10 minutes to check in. The room was average (tower room) no window. Hair in the tub and sink. The shower had hot water issues and a slow drain. Overall unimpressive stay. I did appreciate the texts from the hotel that I was able to communicate these issues with and aimed to resolve - may have been AI, but whatever the case at the least they were responsive."

"Nice laundry facilities however there was no change machine and the front desk had no quarters. We had to go offsite to get quarters. We stayed 5 days and had to extend a day because of the Michigan blizzard. I asked for another bottle and the front desk said, "They said they only provide 2 bottles of water per stay." So I had to pay $3.00 for another one. On the plus side? They were in the process of replacing the TV's with new 52 inch (or larger?) TV's."
