The property is very modern wigh high end appliances and finishes. I needed a full size fridge with a freezer. It met my family's needs. The only thing I'd say is have better instructions for checking in. I initially parked on the first floor and didn't see elevators but found the escalator. Having instructions for both would be helpful. Describing the pathway from the garage to the first floor to.the elevators would also make the instructions clearer. The key pad lights up but not in the way it's described. The instructions should clearly say what code to enter into the door for your room. These are just minor things to make the process seemless. The QR code for the parking garage didn't work. However, customer service was great and helped me take care of parking and with an early check-in. I'd would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The Mint was great. I would definitely stay here again. It did take some time to get used to since everything is virtual. Very modern. All the amenities were clean. Had to take 3 elevators to get up the 50th floor which is wild! We didn’t have any problems at all. Only concern, if there was a situation or concern due to no front desk or clerk wondering how that could be improved. Needing a little more clarification on the parking situation in the garage with better signage. Overall great stay. Close to eateries and bars in downtown.

Navigating the property was slightly confusing at first, but the hotel sent very detailed instructions. Once we got the hang of where to go, it was no problem. Parking was amazing for downtown Dallas. Self-park, which we prefer, and $30-$40 less than the valet parking available anywhere else. The property was a three minute walk to the venue we were going to, so the location was perfect! Nice clean room, best hotel bed I've slept in possibly ever (nice and firm, most hotel beds are waaaay too soft for me). There was no ice machine, fridge, or microwave, so that was a slight inconvenience. Overall, great experience! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night. Overall the hotel is amazing but having to constantly take different elevators was kind of overwhelming. I also had to wait until I was emailed my instructions on how to check in which was kind of confusing. The parking garage did have an unpleasant smell and was confusing on how to go up or down the different levels.

Only thing I didn’t like was there were many homeless people all around the area I know it’s not the hotels fault just was a bit uncomfortable walking around

The view from the corner suite is stunning! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!! The suite was spacious and appointments adequate. However, it should have been made clear that noise is a massive problem from Wednesday through Friday. The Mint is built above a club with pounding music from 7-11:15 PM those nights. If you need rest or have small children, this will be a problem, hence the 3 stars.
