Pretty clean and staff was nice. They gave us towels without issue. Parking is tight for those who drive bigger vehicles or trucks. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.
The staff was amazing and very accommodating, the rooms were nice and comfortable, the showers are very small, a little larger than those found in a modern RV.
Didn't get to stay long enough to even enjoy breakfast the next morning but the room and facilities were nice and well maintained. The staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
The place is top-notch; the only complaint is the metro-train that comes through at 5 am and every 15 minutes or so. Do not go to the 7-11 by the hotel, lots of homeless people, but I enjoyed my stay.
We loved our 2 night stay. We were in the 2 beds with sofa sleeper room with a kitchen and it exceeded my expectations. There was so much space in the room that we didn’t feel crowded on top of one another. The property and our room was very clean. I don’t have one complaint. The staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again !
The rooms are clean and spacious with a full kitchen (minus a stovetop and oven) stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils. For the most part it was peaceful but I was woken up by someone knocking loudly on someone's door in the hall at 4am. Front desk has many bathroom items you may have left at home for a comfortable stay. The bathroom could have been stocked better with extra TP roll. The breakfast could have been better too but was sufficient.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Our bed was dirty. The bedsheets were nasty. We were too tired to let them know. Cause we came in around 12 am. But make sure you guys always check n prepare clean fresh linen. I wasn’t there too long only one night. But this one night was enough to show me that the room wasn’t prepare properly for my arrival

Housekeeping couldn’t speak English so couldn’t help me but everything else was perfect!
This is the worst property i have ever seen with hilton. Breakfast i asked if any GF item is there. 3 staff members started asking each other what GF means. They brought their manager, she told rudely NO. Unknown people were having access to the property and having coffee and breakfast, one guy started peeing just beside my car in front of the hotel after breakfast. Horrible experience
The staff was very nice. Breakfast was decent. There was only 1 high chair, which was taken. I had to eat breakfast with my baby in my lap. It was uncomfortable for me. It's in a great location in the city, next to tons of stuff to do. But there are homeless people drugged out and falling over that hang out right by the parking lot. I was concerned that my vehicle would be broken into.
