「I called expedia and explained that no one was there to check us in. When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 9pm. I tried calling the hotel but the number was disconnected and expedia will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. 」

「My stay at Studio 6 was great experience, very clean and staff was helpful and courteous. I will come back there on future visits. I would like for the management monitor the customers for the no smoking policy and enforce it and keep it a 100% no smoking facility.」

「I had an amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas East! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-kept, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming-which made the experience enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to plenty of things to do in the area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas! 」
