「The 1st floor carpet was horrible stains and very dirty. Ice machine didn't work on the 5th floor 1 elevator out of service green water in the swimming pool grass needed cutting over all the property why are they running down this property? nice location」

I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!」
