Front desk staff were very nice. Provided breakfast and a shuttle that I did not take advantage of. The property however was run down for the price I paid and not near as nice as the photos showed. Rooms need to be maintained better. Floor coming up, and desk chair ripped, furniture chipped I stayed in room 211 and I would not stay there again

It’s a fine place to crash. The A/C worked great which is my number one for Dallas heat. Decent breakfast. Only one staffer at front desk. Nothing wrong with it, my overall impression is it seemed tired (signs of aging and wear). But the room was clean and spacious.

Room: Bad toilet, mold in shower, bad mattress, bad pillows, non working safe, couch was very uncomfortable, room was very noisy in the morning. Maid let herself in our room while we were sleeping. The do not disturb sign was on the door, not good!! A few positive things: The bathroom had the best shower pressure and shower head I've experienced in a long time. The breakfast was pretty good. The shuttle driver was good.

We were here only one night due to cancelled flights. The free airport shuttle was much appreciated. The breakfast was really excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient . Check in was fast and they helped us easily arrange to have the shuttle take us back to the airport quickly the next morning. It does appear to be an older hotel and showing age. Our room was acceptable but showed a fair amount of wear (old caulking around the tub, older carpeting, etc). Would definitely suggest a facelift. However, the beds were fine, the AC unit worked perfectly, and all amenities functioned properly .

Itʻs a very nice hotel. There were only two men that we saw who worked there, one was the person who checked us in, the other was the shuttle driver. Both were very nice. My only complaint is that itʻs June, very hot outside and the room was very warm. The air conditioner could not be contolled on the unit itself., and I was unable to lower thermostat on the wall unit.
