I've had better stays - staff was friendly. However, I would not stay here again. Only the south elevator was working. Our door to the room looked like you could break it open. The shower head was broken. Breakfast was typical - but decent.

The check in staff was very helpful and friendly. The room smelled of urine and mildew. The bathtub had a fairly bad constant drip, the pool area was dirty, and the water was green. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything happening in a room from the hallway. The room was otherwise clean, and the room served its purpose for the night that we needed it.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Morning staff the next day, the little girl had a neck pillow comes out of the back office and with an attitude says yes? She did not get her full sleep the prior night. She was in a bad mood. Completely messed up the experience when it was going so well.

Realistically the place is a 3.5 of 5. I wanted a simple staycation so wasnt looking for a top tier hotel with amenities and things. However we did notice a lot of admin and cosmetic issues throughout the space. Tony was great in helping us check in but that’s a far as good graces go. There were kids screaming in the halls and you could hear them at the pool outside our window yet we were on the 5th floor. When we needed to communicate through the text number we got no responses. Our tv was not connected to any internet or streaming services for us to sign into. It was straight cable tv but no guide on knowing what channel was what unless you turned the tv off and on to restart it. There was gum on under the lampshade so proves the space was fully cleared out from the previous person or persons. The bathroom door was heavily chipped and scrapped wood and the elevator was broken our entire stay you’d have to use the one at the end of the hall. Checkout was through text and that seemed to work just fine. The bedding was done very well and clean.

I needed a quick, last minute stay and this location was a good choice for that. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Parking is plentiful. The room was clean. The TV worked for local channels and an easy way to relax. It’s close to the highways so there was constant noise. Only one elevator was working. The overall property needs some maintenance/tlc. There are several stains on the carpets and walls throughout the hotel. It was stuffy.
