「Where do i start? No toilet paper, no towels or cloths, TV was on an antenna. It would play for 3 seconds, glitch for 3 seconds. Someone had been in this room as there was water splashed on the counter and toilet. There's no soap etc, so if you brave staying here, bring your own. The sheets hadn't been changed. The pillows were literally brown under the cases. Also, they charge you an additional $10 charge when you check in. 」

「Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.」

「I guess they thrive on the low ratings, so I'll give them a high rating even though I lost everything by staying there. I guess I'll recover, eventually. The people who run it are nice, though, and probably feel bad about what I've suffered there. It was my choice to go there, though, so who can I blame but myself?」
