"Our stay was amazing! Staff have amazing customer service. Corner suite was amazing with beautiful views of the city, from the bedroom and pool view from living room. I will definitely be returning here. Bed was extremely comfortable, shower was relaxing, Starbucks is literally across the street. That was a bonus for us. The food was amazing as well. "

"Huge room, great view, funky vibe. It is, however, on the automated check-in model. There was a staff person and phone support to help me navigate the glitches (e.g. my initial elevator code didn't work). But everything is designed to be online and this didn't appeal to me. Everything worked out though. Bear in mind the hotel occupies the top three floors of an office building so look for the Santander building lobby not a traditional hotel foyer. It is a quite cool place"

"Have to pay $30/day for parking. It’s really big so a lot of people and checking in can be a little hassle. Getting your room early might be a hit or miss. We couldn’t check in early. Room is very nice and clean. Bed is comfortable. Lighting is horrible once the sun set. "

"This was our 2nd time staying here after enjoying our 1st stay. Their parking was great and in a safe secure spot. Only issues we had was one elevator wasn’t working day 2 of our stay, which had happened our last stay as well. Also check-in and stay over check-in took a tad bit longer than expected due to their system malfunctioning. And the room’s A/C was not nearly as cold as we would have liked it to be but we managed.
