The stay was AMAZING! The staff was so accomodating after we arrived last minute because the Holiday Inn Express gave away our room!! My family and I really appreciated the way they treated us! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice room and a fair price!

The rooms are spacious and nice. The furniture is outdated and one of our ACs leaked and the carpet was soaked. There was some leftover trash on the floor. The pool was nice and they had towels we could use. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Breakfast was the best we had on the trip.

Bad experience from start to finish. First thing when I got there the computers were down. Then when they started working the very young person at the desk said she could not find me in the system. Furthermore the hot tub was broken (needed a part to heat). Don't stay here if you want a great shower you will slip, no handrails or something for your feet to grip on bottom. Smoke in the hall, although the floor was non smoking. I did not know to take pictures but for some reason I snapped a picture of the 2018 stained mattress.

I was in Room 223. The curtains had holes in them and the Telephone didn't work. The second floor hallway smelled bad as I exited the elevator. Smelled like the carpet had not been shampooed in forever. And lastly, the vending machine was empty the entire weekend.
