"Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. "The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

"Overall very satisfied with our stay. The hotel and room were nice, and the staff very friendly. Some areas are perhaps slightly dated, the tv only has android options to connect- not a big issue but it would have been nice in the evening. The location is great, everywhere is very convenient and walkable, with options of public transport available. The room was very quiet, and the products in the room are great too. Thanks!"
