Great stay, at the heart of old Prague, we were really happy with the location. Jitka was very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was the shower does not drain quickly.

This hotel is one of my absolute favorites of all time. It was immaculately clean, the amenities were incredible, and the space was magnificent. Ramona is such a wonderful person. She helped us kick our holiday off to a wonderful start- thank you!!! Great place if you’re traveling with little ones. Also, the location could not be better.

Super charming and excellent location. We loved staying here and the staff were very helpful. The exclusive suite was really nice, but there is a rooftop window in the living room so bring a sleeping mask if you need the third bed. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection.

Excellent location no more than a 15 minute walk to practically anywhere we wanted to visit. Close to tram and subway stops for longer travel. Right in the heart of everything. But even better was the hospitality and kindness from the front desk at the hotel next door. We could not have wanted a more pleasant stay.

The welcome I received at the hotel was the warmest ever. The lady gave great advice on the surrounding area and what tourist traps to avoid. She then showed me to my room which I must say was amazing and exceed my expectations. It comprised of a hall way with a wardrobe a living room with a day bed dining room fridge and coffee machine. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the bath was huge! The artwork in the room was really nice lots of prints of the local area. The location of the hotel is situated around a five minute walk from all the tourist hot spots and subway station. The only slight downsides were no English Channels on the tv and air con would have been nice. I think thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Prague and the black star suites and plan to return to both in the very near future.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, everything was within walking distance making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing. The staff truly made the stay memorable. They were warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and valued. Their friendliness and professionalism created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

The room was very hot, about 10C above the outdoor temperature, there is no AC. There is an odd smell in the room. Although the location is right in the Old Town, take a pass on this hotel.

Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, amazing location. Please note, check-in is at the hotel next door ( I believe it’s called Hotel Contessa). Also, the Black Star Restaurant has very good food at a reasonable price. Especially the spaghetti, pork lion, salad special.

Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression. The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. The weather was really hot and so our top floor room was baking, but fans had been provided in each room, which helped. It is a historical building, right by the main square with the lovely Romana on reception - we enjoyed our 1 night stay.
