Otelin 100 mt ilerisinde Tesco alışveriş merkezi bulunmaktadır. 100 mt ilerisinde tramway durağı var ve buradan 22 numaralı araca binilirse Prag ın en güzel yerlerine gidip gezebilirsiniz. Otel odaları her gün temizleniyor. Odanın büyüklüğü hava alması güzel. Bunun yanında muftaktaki personel resepsiyondaki personel güler yüzlü ve sorunları hemen çözebiliyor.

Far from city attractions. Breakfast was plentiful but mediocre at best. We requested a king bed but got two twins put together making sheets and comforter very uncomfortable. No English language TV programming. Staff, however, was courteous and good.

I always come back to this hotel. Transport is around the corner, there is a shopping centre near-by, everybody is very friendly, all is clean, breakfast is amazing.This time I had a problem with TV and partly with aircon, but next day all has been solved and received small discount as well. Very goodservice. I will be definitely back.;)

Bel hôtel avec des employés de qualités

Hôtel propre, confortable, avec parking gratuit. Un peu loin du centre-ville mais à proximité du tram, pratique peu cher et facile d'utilisation. Petit déjeuner très bien, varié, bien achalandé. Je n'ai pas déjeuner. Employés très sympathiques, serviables, professionnels, toujours souriant. Ils se sont mis à ma portée pour comprendre mon Anglais très mauvais. Surtout Dalia que j'ai trouvé adorable. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Prague, je pense reprendre une chambre dans cet hôtel.

주차장이 있는 호텔

깔끔하고 트램 타기 좋은 위치에 있어 프라하중심까지 트램으로 30분정도 걸렸어요. 호텔 앞과 옆에 주차장이 넓게 있어서 편했고 무료라서 더욱 좋았어요. 응대해주는 직원들도 친절하고 시설이 깨끗해서 좋았지만, 헤어&바디샴푸가 비어있어서 요청해야했고, 핸드폰 충전기를 꽂을곳이 침대 근처에 없어서 불편했어요

Wir waren am 21.12.23 bereits auf dem Weg nach Prag zum Hotel. Wir haben 350km Anreise. Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir am Rundfunkgerät gehört, dass in Prag ein Amoklauf stattgefunden hat mit einigen Toten. Wir haben sofort an der nächsten Ausfahrt auf der Autobahn gewendet und sind wieder zurück gefahren. Uns war die Gefahr zu groß, dass uns vor Ort etwas passiert. Das Hotel hat uns weder die Übernachtung noch den Parkplatz und auch nicht das Frühstück erstattet. Die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe und das Hotelteam hat nur eine einzige Mail verschickt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. So werden normale Bürger über den Tisch gezogen. Kassieren für eine Leistung (speziell Parkplatz und Frühstück), die nie in Anspruch genommen wurde.
