「Nach langer Fahrt (Durchreise) zufällig auf das Hotel gestoßen. Wir wollten kurz noch in die Sauna bzw. Pool. Fehlanzeige! Angeblich erst morgen wieder laut Rezeption. Der Hammer kam am nächsten Tag. Voller Vorfreude zum Frühstücken: Omlett gibt’s nicht, da nicht mehr als 15 Hotelgäste. Hä, ohne Worte! Kein Honig, kein Nutella !!! Und der Oberhammer, ich hab nichts gegen Kaffeevollautomaten, aber wenn ich sehe, dass sich die Angestellte hinter der Theke einen originalen Espresso macht, verstehe...

「Wir waren zu hundert Prozent zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Das Familienzimmer unter dem alten Dachstuhl war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch der Rest des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück wurden sehr viele, abwechslungsreiche glutenfreie und laktosefreie Alternativen für meinen Mann bereitgestellt. Und auch sonst war die Auswahl absolut ausreichend. 「Good location, but it was booked including breakfast and without possibility to cancel. Few days before arrival I was notified that breakfast was not included / it was an error they said. I had to notify them a day in advance if we wanted breakfast. It was a business trip with 5 rooms, and we asked for breakfast, but it wasn’t available before ‘from 10.00 am’, and at that time we had already left.」

「Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. 「Its clean with spacious room but there is no outside space other than benches in the car park, unless you pay for the Spa. We expected access to the pool but you can only use if you pay £48 for 2 hour slots! We were using it as a base to explore the area & visit Prague. We regret our choice.」
