「This was a very beautiful spot. The cabin was clean and tidy but you can tell that it is pet friendly because our cabin smelled a bit like wet dog. Being able to have a fire was a really awesome touch and the s’mores with stroopwaffels was unmatched. We did have a neighbor who was having a hard time exiting the grounds but staff were very professional about de-escalating the situation. Overall, a great place and a nice getaway.」

「too expensive for what the hotel provided. breakfast items were scarse. i like oatmeal but there were only the packets, which were crumbly and no cinnamon, nuts or raisins—just plain. The location was hard to find and situated in the very back of a mall but no food nearby or anything unless you drove far. The front desk staff was awesome though it looked like she had to play a lot of roles with there not being enough staff. The rooms smelled like ild cigarettes and the elevator was super slow...

「My stay was comfortable and fine. The 'breakfast' was minimalist. Staff was alert and helpful. The room was chilly.」

「早餐丰富，服务员非常友好，网络畅通，房间干净」

We booked the smallest room which was very cozy and had a gorgeous view of the courtyard. The staff had laid out on a table some water bottles, coffee pods, and two cookies. There was no fridge or microwave in the smallest...

「Great property! Lots of space, friendly host, and great location to Columbiana - especially if you’re going to Garwood」

「Room was nice, casino was okay but the staff/service at the Mahogany bar and front desk was a terrible experience. Bar was under staffed and ignored customers that weren’t spending money on expensive drinks. We decided to check out early to get home and when inquired about the room charges, just to be clear about what we were getting charged for, the lady was very rude and told us to figure it out for ourselves. Just a very rude and unpleasant attitude…. I asked if they weren’t concerned about...
