The design was unique. Had a cosy feel with the gathering areas between the rooms instead of the typical long hallways. Breakfast food was good with good variety. Loved Dur Dutchman restaurant next door for dinner. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was beautiful and everything was clean. We got a room with a jacuzzi. As soon as we checked in we were told the pool was down for maintenance. We said we were very disappointed since that was the reason we were staying there. She said, oh its down for maintenence which we understood. After finishing checking in she said well you can still enjoy the hot tub and hang out by the pool. What she failed to mention was it was just hot water, the jets didn't work. We decided that since our room has a jacuzzi let's just use that. Well some jets worked, others beat you up, and one shot water on towards the ceiling which are incredibly high. You could not adjust that jet. My husband slipped on the bathroom floor then fell in the shower. It was pricey for a room that the amenities didn't work in. Now most the staff I encountered were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

Great Location & Clean Hotel

Nice hotel as we were in town to visit family. Everything was very clean and well maintained it seemed. It was nice having a coffee shop inside, tons of seating areas, and a good location for the area.
