「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「Check-in was quick and the front desk lady was so friendly. She had tips and recommendations for restaurants, pro tips on navigating the area and parking at an event we were planning to attend near by. The hotel was very clean and it was nice. The room was up to date and clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable in our opinion. It had a weird dip in it at the top by our head. 「It was nice having an actual key for the door not a key card I like the mechanical locks better, the room was spacious the shower was decently roomy and the bed was comfortable the only downside of the bed was the frame was kinda noisy when one person would get off but other than that it was very nice and put together」
