「This is convenient hotel for traveling 」

「The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and they pick up from the air port 24 hours (unlike some that claim they have 24 hour pick ups, but make you pay after 11PM). I also liked that the breakfast went clear to 10AM, nice since I came in after 1AM and needed to sleep in a bit. I made a mistake on my booking, but the manager helped me correct it immediately. I know one other visitor had a room with a pipe that leaked. With all the extreme heavy freezes we got, such things do happen. ...

「Food, staff and cleanliness was all great! My sons had a late tournament but we had to check out at 12pm. We didnt want to haul all of our bags around until the tournament starts. Thank goodness they have a luggage room where they store our stuff til later. Great job Hilton!!」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」
