I wish breakfast would have been included instead of an extra charge. Many other hotel chains offer breakfast included with your room. Other than that the room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The restaurant and bar were pretty good too.

The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room was dark overall. Pillows were too soft. The staff was very friendly and the food was good in Jackson’s.

The staff was efficient. The room was showing the miles. Bedside table had dust on the surface as did the shelves in the bathroom. Fabric of chair was shredded, as if an animal had used it to sharpen its claws. Shampoo was completely out, conditioner had one pump left in it. Coffee maker didn't heat. Room didn't jive with the fancy, expensive reataurant on the main floor.
