Staff was courteous. They have to figure this whole heat thing out. Our room was 45 degrees when we got there, took about 2 hours to get up to 62 degrees. Will not be staying here again in the winter. Other than that, it was clean, easy check in check out.

We read reviews and it was exactly what I expected. Clean and basic amenities. Good for a night. It was great to have Boneshakers attached to the hotel, they had great food! Hotel coffee in the morning was decent, we are not bagel or cereal people so we did not eat the continental breakfast.

The booking states it is a queen bed but it is more the size of a twin and the room is small. We had to upgrade the room to get a bigger bed. The cost difference was pricy and the room had no heat. Needed to get a space heater from the front desk. The staff are very nice and helpful about this.
