「Grinch breakfast was great for the kids」

「When I first walked in, I was greeted by the staff immediately and I felt welcome. I had to check an early because I had to go to a funeral and it was no problem. After I went into the room I was really impressed with it. It was clean and large and well worth the money! I had a good night sleep, it was so quiet and peaceful and the mattresses were exactly what I needed. They made accommodation for me because I am handicapped. The staff helped me a lot and even brought me up coffee in the morning...

Loved that breakfast was till 10 am on Sat and Sunday. Also, a 12pm check out was wonderful so we didnt feel rushed in the morning. 」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」
