「We spent one night at the Carlisle Inn at Walnutcreek. It was fabulous. Very clean and neat. The staff were all sweet and very helpful. The room was large and spacious. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. They also had a breakfast and snacks in the evening. We will certainly be going back to stay.」

「The desk clerk was looking at her phone and didn't even see me approach when I went to check in. I had to say good afternoon to get her attention. Then when there was a problem with my reservation she just said, "call Expedia. I can't help you." She was no help at all and in fact had a very rude attitude. 「Breakfast was hot and fresh. It's an older property. My biggest complaint is that the doors slam shut against the frame with no cushion so they are very loud. From down the hall. Also no sound insulation allows noise to travel thru from hallway into room.」
