"Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side. Everyone from Kent, Tim, Scarlett, Lucas, Twinkle, Ivan, etc etc, basically the whole staff in every part of this terrific Four Seasons, made for an amazing stay! With the spectacular views from up high, the soothing massages in the Spa, and the very accommodating staff in Catch, Caffe Mondo, the Atrium, etc, we felt more than catered to.
