"It is central and easy access to both line 5 and line 8 of the metro. Hotel is showing its age especially in the bath room and it's maintenance. Both housekeeping and front desk staffs are very helpful. Only improvement I can see is with the restaurant staffs. Their lacks of interest and speed in clearing tables for incoming diners should be something to be brought up . There are a few diligent employees who constantly monitoring the flow and people. All and all it was an enjoyable stay."

It was an added benefit to our booking, but wasn’t included when we checked in. It was a long and very unpleasant struggle to get the added features that we had paid for.
