「Room was nice but the hot water does not last long at all. The tv we had we had to start it up and was forced to make an account to have TV.」

「Cabin was older and less well kept than expected from photos and some other reviews. Gentleman at the front desk very friendly and helpful!」

「The rooms were very outdated, dirty, our room was never cleaned the whole 4 days we were there even when we requested for it. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy, people were going in the pool fully clothed. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly but that was pry the only good thing about the place.」

「The room was clean. There wasn't a microwave in the room, but there was one on the property that could be used. Having a refrigerator in the room is always handy. We could sit and take pictures of the lake and Mackinac Bridge on the beach behind the hotel. It was too cold to go in the pool or the lake. The hotel was within walking distance to the ferry. However after walking all day on the island, it was nice that there was free transportation back to the hotel.」
