「The property was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was acceptable. Our room was very nice and spacious. However, the toliet in our bathroom made a very loud noise every few minutes. We would have informed the front desk of the noise but after a very long train ride it was late when we arrived and we were having to leave very early the next morning. 「This is a very new hotel, and it showed in some small ways. It is a beautiful property with helpful, attentive, and friendly staff, but there were some amenities missing. No conditioner, no microwave, no iron, no closet. There weren't extra sheets/ pillows for the pull-out couch (although they were delivered promptly when requested). The "complimentary pastries and coffee in the lobby" mentioned on the website are only available on Mondays, which was a dissapointing surprise upon arriving....

「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

「Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean and fresh. They had all these little nice things for us in the room. The beds were comfortable. We will make this a go to spot when in this area traveling again. Very good value.」
