「Friendly staff and clean rooms」

「Don’t waste your $ on poor management and unsanitary conditions. More than one guest complained while I was speaking to management. Disgusting hotel.」

「Very disappointed with the whole thing. The room was small. The so called "breakfast" was a joke. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. This is set up to be for someone who just is traveling through and not for a family trying to enjoy their trip.」

We loved the premium amenities, especially the Molton Brown products, quality tea and coffee setup, and the very comfortable beds. The complimentary bakery each morning was also a lovely touch. 「After driving til almost 3 in the morning with 2 kids and going to the wrong hotel first we walked in and I was so happy with the room and thought I would book with this hotel more often Then we realized the toilet had issues flushing, there is no sound proofing and I got maybe 2 hours sleep as a result. In the morning someone was playing with their door and it kept slamming over and over. Then, we weren’t that close to the ice machine but it might as well have been in my room. Whoever was on...

「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

「It's a beautiful space. The host was super helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The location is great. We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family.」
