「The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. 」

「Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire l hôtel est magnifique le personnel est très gentil le buffet de petit dejeuner est abondant tous les matins un musicien au petit dej et un le soir au bar , le bar roof top face a la mer est top ainsi que la salle de sport en plein air vue sur l océan de plus l hotel est très bien situé dans la ville 」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Well, the hotel isn't exactly horrible—especially since it has just been renovated—but it suffers from major structural issues regarding sewage disposal. The "ocean views" are misleading, as they are seen from the rear balcony and are located more than 500 feet away. The cleanliness is relatively good; however, the rooms lack air conditioning, and you are forced to rent fans. The staff appears competent but comes across as rather unexpressive.」

「Il s'agit d'appart hôtel avec tous les commerces dans le parc (bar, restaurant, supérette) et c'est top. En plus à la réception, plusieurs personnes parlent Français et c'était bien pour nous.」

「Fantastic location of hotel. Staff were amazing with me when I arrived as was upset, they reassured me gave me a glass of fizz and even upgraded my room . Maids were good. Everyone was friendly in hotel. Mainly couples hotel . Couldn’t fault them would definately stay again given location too was great 」

「Wir hätten volle Punktzahl gegeben wenn man nicht so eine schlechten Zimmerservice bieten würde. Das schlimmste ist das man Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen muss oder es sich selber kaufen muss, alle 4-5 Tage kommt jemand um ein bisschen etwas zu machen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage. Toilettenpapier bekommt man nur wenn man sich an der Rezeption beschwert. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Ich hoffe dieses ändert sich und dann kommen wir bestimmt nächsten Urlaub wieder. Wir werden es...
