「The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. 「The room was spacey and clean, the shower was nice, the airco worked very well. Most of the staff was really friendly, so that was a nice. The one major downside of this hotel are the towel wars that were happening. Without exagerating, before 7 AM, already 50% of beds were occupied near the pool, and there were already people laying on them, asleep, in the shade. The hotel had very nice signs that state reserving pool beds is not allowed, but without anyone to regulate it, this is useless. The...

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「The reception staff were amazing, very helpful and made the holiday feel special, they gave me an upgrade as my room wasn’t ready. The room was cleaned everyday, the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel was well situated for Adeje and was able to get around very easily. The hotel provided great breakfast and the entertainment was interesting 😂」

「Perfect location.near bars and restaurants and short walk to the beach and Siam Park . Beautiful clean spacious property with all basic facilities. Please note there are only ceiling fans (no aircon) and at first you think shock but actually the fans are addiquate. Lovely little patio/garden with table and chairs and sunbeds 2 pools 1 quiet one then you have the lovely pool bar one .Food is delicious ! All great quality food used .very reasonably priced .entertainment each afternoon too and...
