A couple of things we found that could be improved, the door to room 207 was difficult to close, the door jam was very loose and I had to return to the office to reprogram a key card that didn't work. The TV controller worked badly, the shower wouldn't turn completely off, the light on the left side went on and off with every movement of the bed.
