「Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for. 」

「The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom.
