Our stay was just okay. My biggest concern was the exit door at the back of the property was broken. Upon entering our room, it had a strong smell (possibly from the carpet needing cleaning). The breakfast was sufficient but limited.

You cannot ask for better staff at a hotel anywhere! I've stayed at this Best Western numerous times over the past 2 years and the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to help with anything that comes up. I always look forward to seeing Sherri at check-in, and she always remembers my name and is warm and inviting. During the day, Bree is there to make sure breakfast is just right and to make sure any needs are met. The staff go out of their way to make sure every guest is taken care of---it's a really neat group of people, truly a special place to call my "home away from home"when I had to be in this part of NC.

We had a wonderful stay. My ONLY complaint was the night time desk woman was very rude, however the person I spoke to in the morning more than made for het rude coworker. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well made and a decent selection. I greatly enjoyed having coffee available 24 hrs a day. We will definitely be back.
