"My weekend stay at this Hyatt Place property was disappointing. I signed up for a king room days earlier and was notified hours before check in that no kings were available and they would have to put me in a room with two doubles. I wasn't thrilled with that since I'm only one person. I didn't want to take up a room with two beds. Most places the king room would be more. I don't recall the pricing here, but I asked if there would be a small discount. So far I haven't seen anything on my account, but they said they would leave a note for the manager. When I went to check in around 4:30p the room wasn't ready. No rooms were ready. I was told it should be ready in 30 mins. I didn't get a room until an hour later. Several other people were waiting for rooms as well. I was give a free bottle of water and a free drink voucher which I appreciated, but I was tired and wanted to relax. I ended up going to bed earlier and then it was just door slamming after midnight for the next several hours. My fellow hotel occupants were extremely rude. I dreaded leaving my ear plugs at home. I was exhausted from driving and spending the day sightseeing. I didn't feel like leaving the bed. The best things about the hotel was the separate living area and the free breakfast. The spinach quiche and homemade fries were delicious. Maybe the hotel had major staffing issues and no one was available to clean the rooms. Maybe I picked a bad weekend to go. I can't say I will stay there again. "
