「Horrible hotel stay. AC not working correctly and was set to 60 degrees when we checked in room and still didn't cool, sofa bed broken and unusable. Metal frame slanted to one side so totally uneven. Could not sleep on. Told the receptionist and she could care less. In fact, she said there were many complaints from other guests about the rooms and the sofa beds. Hotel is in need of a remodel badly. The tub and shower looks like it's from the 90s. Ugly plastic panels with thick caked on caulk....

「Room condition and cleanliness were both excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dining area was clean and well maintained. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the ATROCIOUS internet service. Wi-Fi speeds never exceeded 1 Mbps, making it virtually impossible to do anything productive or stream content from any source. I tested connections from multiple locations throughout the property, and the speeds were consistently...
