「My experience was not pleasant. The bed linen wasn't clean. The toilet was loose, and the floor in the room wasn't very clean. They don't provide coffee 24 hours. There was no coffee in the room either. The ice container's lid didn't work; it couldn't be opened. That hotel needs to provide better service.」
