「I was happy with the facility overall but very disappointed in Expedia for what was charge for this daily $107 room rate. I was charged $400 per day.....I won't ever book my room in Highpoint thru expedia again. I felt ROBBED!」

「Very Nice Property However Prior to Booking Wrong Date was entered for an area hotel and tried cancelling the reservation immediately and was told they (Expedia) couldn't help me. So Unfortunately I lost $160.00 the same day. After Calling Immediately afrer recognizing my date was wrong.watch the dates you enter closely.」

「The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in.」
