"We enjoyed the location since it was only 15 minutes from First Horizon Stadium by car. The hotel’s lobby smells like cigarettes :/. I expected a room with hardwood floors like the ones in the picture, but we got carpet. I paid more for a balcony but didn’t really use it. I wish the breakfast on the weekends would go until a little bit later, maybe 10:30am-11am? Also, the cleaning people knocked on our door on the check-out day before 10am and we were still asleep. Check-out is at 11am. Overall, our stay was ok."

"The A/C in our room was not working properly. Changing the thermostat did not help. Our stay was only for one night, so it was late in the evening when we arrived back at the hotel and noticed the temperature in the room was not being impacted by the A/C in the room. It was so late, and we were departing in the morning, so we waited to mention the issue until checkout. Otherwise, the hotel was very well maintained, and our accommodations were excellent with the only issue being the A/C."
