「Great beach access; food at onsite restaurant was good; bed was totally uncomfortable and did not sleep well, and room smelled super musty/moldy.」

「When we walked in the floor was sticky. I had to wipe the floor with hot water and the next day buy floor cleaner and do it my self. I had to clean the room my self. There was red hair strings on the sink and bathroom walls. They said the front desk was available till 12 midnight I called ahead to let them know I would be there at 11:30pm to check in, no one was there. My husband went to take a bite of his food and the breakfast sausage was hard like it had been sitting there for a long time....

「The beach is just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything was very clean, and compared to other hotels in the same price range, this place offers excellent value for the money. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip so enjoyable!」

「We enjoyed the stay, staff seemed to be helpful. We had a problem w/balcony, woke up one morning & water all over it, after they fixed AC/ it became worse. We think a whole new system was needed. Other than that, not a bad place.」

「The indoor pool and jacuzzi were not monitored. The jacuzzi water was milky looking and disgusting. The indoor pool was dirty and full of sand. The cleaning staff left a dirty Mr Clean Eraser in our room one day and I told the supervisor. The next day the dirty Mr Clean Eraser was still there along with a cleaner's employee key card. The rest of the hotel was and amenities were average.」

「Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly... 」

「Great place all around will be back soon we stayed on the older side of the property and was still very nice and clean could use little more work but definitely a nice spot on the beach! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They could really work on the elevator it was super slow and almost the hottest thing at the entire beach it felt like I was going to pass out in there it was so hot」

「It's a great hotel for kids. Many activities for kids to do. The pool is very nice. But the room is a bit dark.」

「The hotel was conveniently close to the airport - about 10 mins. Katey May checked us in and was super professional and offered several options for dining and activities. The room was clean and very well appointed. Great location, close to historic downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and also close to highways to visit Carolina Beach, Southport, and Myrtle. Finally, their check in warm cookies cannot be beat! A fantastic experience!」

「Our room was steps from the ocean, the convenience was amazing! The pool was great, the room was pretty clean. There was no exhaust fan, sink or mirror in the bathroom and I did empty the dehumidifier in the room 4-5 times a day. There was a microwave and refrigerator but no toaster. Overall, it was a nice place for a great price. The staff was friendly and the location was amazing!」
