"Love this Lodge. Wood burning fireplace- good restaurant on site and close to downtown but far enough away for great vistas! Free parking right in front of your room and lots of storage for your gear. Will stay again when we are back in February."

"We were meant to stay at the Moose for a single night while in town seeing Aysanabee. My car broke down half way between Calgary and Banff and we were stranded waiting for a tow truck to take us back to Calgary. Even though I was well past the cancellation window, I called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do. I spoke with Elliot at the front desk and his first question was “are you safe?”. What an angel. From there he said he would speak to his manager and see what he could do. He called me back shortly and said that they would happily refund my stay given the circumstances, have me instructions on how to finalize the refund with Expedia and then wished me safety in getting home. I have stayed at the Moose many times before and this experience just reinforced why I stay there. Thank you so much to Elliot and the team there. They took a really hard night for me and made it better through their kindness."

"Staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are clean and perfect for a little getaway. Only downside is the pool area isn’t the greatest in Banff. If the pool were heated, I think it would be better, but otherwise absolutely love it here and we’ll be coming back for sure."
